New year, new you! I’ve read a lot of magazines with that tag line but isn’t it that we change ourselves only for a month – sometimes just weeks then we go back to our old selves? So who do we kid and why bother? I think people in general always tend to forget their goals or resolutions that’s why yearly magazines (bless them) would publish tips on how to become a new you!
For me, changing myself means a big struggle. I hate change, I hate coming out of my shell (whining) but it’s time to challenge myself to a better me. It’s time to have a total makeover! To become more positive, to stop being too stubborn and physically to become fit and healthy. Very simple but not simple enough for me to achieve. I know there will be some lapses on the way but I’m confident that I can shake it off and focus on my goals again.
For a better me, cheers! :)
