I have a blogger friend whom I chatted with everyday. She’s funny and we’re at the same age. We talked about everything and anything about under the sun – families, friends, work, love – anything. Yesterday, we talked about seo software and I didn’t know anything about it.

She lectured about seo and how you could use it. I told her she’s talking other languges because I cannot understand anything. I know, I’m really not that techie or sometimes I just don’t really care about computers. At least if I have problems, I have my wiz cousin to turn to or this lovable blogger friend of mine!

My friend is an Insurance Agent and she’s been receiving a lot of calls lately from different prospects. Before she would asked for a friend to recommend someone to become her prospect but now, thanks to her boyfriend’s sister – she already increased her sales.

Her boyfriend’s sister told her about life insurance lead wherein the insurance agents could increase their sales. My friend’s already bragging about it to me and I’m happy for her at least she’s not problematic anymore.

Last Saturday night, in the midst of strong winds and heavy downpour, one of our neighboring street caught fire! We were all in panic because the fire trucks cannot passed by because of the 6ft. flood. The fires were burning everything and we were panicking beacause we taught all the street will caught fire.

At that time I was so nervous and I immediately get all the important documents and some of our clothes. I’m so scared because I kept on thinking were would we go? All the other streets are flooded and we also have to save our Grandma who is already bedridden. Luckily our Street didn’t caught fire. But after that incident we realize that we need to have an emergency kit that we could just grab in times of emergency. And we should always stay calm even if it’s impossible to do!

I chatted with Che last night and told her about what happened. She asked about Mama (my grandma) and I told her that she’s okay now. When I asked about hers, I learned that she’s helping her grandma with her disability appeal. She also told me that she would visit soon. Can’t wait to see her again!

I have a friend who is always worried about her blog’s page ranking. She’s also worried when her traffic is not moving fast enough. Things like this drives her craazzy!
She also drives me crazy when she’s ranting all day long about this stuff. When I retold her story to my wiz cousin, he told me that about web directories that can help you improve your rankings or traffics. I didn’t know that you could just search for links and this will improve your blog. Oh well, better tell it to my friend before she drives me crazy again!

My dad is always teasing me about my weight, and I just laugh it off. Last Sunday, my sisters and I were teasing each other about our weight. We were laughing so hard because we cannot imagine how are we going to climb trees / roofs when there’s emergengy. Or if there’s flood, they’re all teasing me that the speed boat will sunk if I step on it.
Yeah, it’s just a joke but I imagine what if, if it really happens? I move so slow because of my weight and I always brush off the weight issue. Of course I’m dying to lose weight but I’m like do-it-later or do-it-tomorrow kind of person then I will not do it at all! Hay! I really need help because I easily panic and I dont want to be trap or something because of my weight. I’ve read several diet pills that helps you lose weight and one of my friend recommend apatrim

Before the major disaster a.k.a typhoon Ondoy hit Manila, we (family) were planning to visit the nearby theme park beacause the baby in our family kept on bugging us about it.  But sadly because of the typhoon our plans did not push through.
We were also planning to visit Disneyland and last night, we got all excited when Aunt Kate told us that next year she’ll invite us to Orlando and we’ll visit theme parks. We got superb excited because it’s the first time that we will have Orlando vacations and I’m sure it’s gonna be fun fun fun!  O gosh, need to save a lot of  moolah beacause we will surely gonna hit all the theme parks out there!

Last Saturday, typhoon Ondoy had wreck major havock here in Manila and other nearby provinces. The normal rainfall is only about 11mm and that Saturday the rainfall in Manila had reach 400 – 500mm! Months of rainfall in just 24 hours!

Luckily our house or our Street was not flooded but the nearby neighborhood – the flood was 6ft. high! We (family) were all calm and just watching the news. We were all sad and shocked by what had happened. Imagine in just a span of few hours everywhere you go – the whole Manila was flooded and some families went to their roof so flash floods will not swept them away! So sad!

The heavy downpour still continues throughout the day and lots of families are begging for help and of course our government is always not prepared! Always not prepared even if we always have typhoons every year and come on government officials, wake up! I was sooo mad when I saw from the news that they’re (President and her stupid Cabinet Members) having meetings at around 7PM when the typhoon started to wreck havock as early as 3AM. I superb cannot believe that they’re just having a meeting when people out there are asking, begging, pleading for help and dying! My God, what kind of President we have! And they’re bragging that they already save 5,000 people when millions out there are already panicking on how to save their lives, some already died! 5,000 out of millions and you’re bragging – you should be ashamed of yourselves! Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her tentacles  Cabinet members should be pushed in that neck-deep flood and they all should drown! I’m sooo sorry for ranting but our government really sucks!

Earlier I saw from the news that the death toll still rises and almost hundreds are missing. Let us all pray for all the people who were greatly affected by the typhoon and pray that typhoon Peping – the one that’s coming  by Thursday or Friday will not affect our country that much! Let’s not lose hope because even in times of  great disasters God is aways with us.

Make a child happy by volunteering at an orphanage or day care center

Every child is a precious gift. Their laughter, simplicity and innocence is infectious. When you spend time with them, you receive a lot more than what you give.

Vanj and her soon-to-be-hubby Carlo are planning to have a Koi pond at their new house. Vanj is fond of Koi fishes and she’s really looking forward to have a pond. I visit their house last week and it’s kinda big so a Koi pond, no problemo!

I envy her for their new home and when she told me that it’ll have a pond, oh my, I went bananas! We chatted then Googled for a pond supplies I didn’t know that you need a lot of stuff if you’re planning to have a pond. We’ll I’m excited to see their Koi pond, I think it will be sooo beautiful knowing how artistic Carlo works!

A month ago, I received a bad news from my friend Jen about her dad who’s suffering from a cancer. I knew exactly how she felt when she learned that her dad has cancer. My brother suffered from cancer, too. He had a Leukemia and sadly he did not survived. His life was cut short, he was only 15 years old when he went away.
Jen’s dad is suffering from malignant Mesothelioma and she’s really devastated! I searched the web and apparently there’s no known cure for malignant Mesothelioma but there’s chemotherapy or radiation treatment to help the patient. Jen told me that sometimes she just wanted to give up but I told her to be strong because her family needs her, specially her dad. Hearing problems like this makes me cringe from sadness. I hope Jen will not lose hope or give up.

I went to Vanj’s soon-to-be-new house the other day. Vanj is my best friend ever since the second grade. She’s settling down soon and of course she’ll move to a new house. She and Carlo had decorated it and it’s really nice!
My attention was caught by this superb cool stainless steel tiles in their kitchen. It’s like a mosaic and very artsy! I like it so much that I swear when I’ll have my own house I’ll buy a metal tiles too! We chatted non-stop about the beautiful designs in their house and also about their much awaited wedding. I had so much fun everytime I visit her!

My dad’s side of family are very athletic. Most of my cousins are Varsity players and they get scholarship for that. Two of my cousins are golf players and they would always go to other countries to compete! I envy them because they just play and then they travel a lot!
Last night, I chatted with Yong about dream vacation and he told me that his dream place to be is Myrtle beach golf and he’ll have a long and luxurious vacation. He’s my cousin who is a golfer so a beach golf place – whatever they call it – is truly a heaven for him because not only he’ll have a nice vacation, he’ll also play golf! I got curious so I Googled it and I saw that it’s really a golfers’ paradise!

We have a room in the second floor of house that just became a storage. Lately, we (siblings) are talking about renovating that room and turn it into a home theater. I always want a home theater and if our plans push through, that would be the coolest thing!
I’ve been searching for some gadgets and I found Blu-ray disc players. I’ve read that bluray has superior sound and picture quality and unbelievable resolution that it’s a must in every home theater system. It’s kinda pricey but I think it’s worth it! Oooh, can’t wait to have a home theater!

Last September 12, I wrote about my student who was bullied by a girl (his classmate). Yesterday he was bullied again but this time by a Grade 6 student who is just half of his size! :??

This is getting worst because my student was just changing clothes in the Comfort Room for their Club when this bully threw his ID in the toilet bowl for no apparent reason! That’s bananas! At first, I thought the bully just threw his ID in the sink / floor that’s why the ID lace got wet but when I learned that he threw it in the toilet bowl, ah heaven forbid, I even touched that lace! Yikes! Thank God we have antibacterial soap in our room! I’m sooo mad when I confronted the bully and I reported his disgusting behavior to his Class Advicer. The bully was sent to the OSA for disciplinary action.

When we got back to the room, I scolded my student for being bullied again. He’s 6’2” ft. tall and the bully is just around 4’4″, just a midget compared to him! If I didn’t learned about what happened, my student wouldn’t even do anything at all! He has mild retardation but that’s not an excuse not to act specially when someone’s hurting him! I told him that there are times that he needs to fight back or do something on his own. I told him that if he’s always like that – always helpless and not doing anything – everybody will bully him! I made him promise that that’s the last time he will be bullied because I would really snap if there will be a third time!

Last night, I saw the first episode of Vampire Diaries (new series on The CW) and I’m soooo loving it!!! Move over Edward Cullen, Stefan Salvatore is now the hottest vampire in town.

I know, I know, those in team Edward or those who are superb obsessed with Rob Pattinson (injcluding Ate) will definitely, definitely not agree!!! But who cares, I super duper love Paul Wesley (Stefan Salvatore)! My gosh, he's such a cutie and he can act - not just a handsome guy - but one who can act! I've read some of the Vampire Diaries' reviews and most of them said that it's just a Twilight rip off but for all I know, the book was published way back and pleeeaaase, rip off? Really?! The actors in Twilight cannot even act! They're just like practicing or doing some dumb auditions which made me so mad when I saw that movie. I was superb disappointed! Kirsten Stuart's acting is major BLAH and the Cullen's or the rest of them - acting workshop please! Ek! :undecided

Hay, I'm getting irritated now just by remembering that stupid movie! Anyway, can't wait for the next episode of Vampire Diaries and can't wait to see Stefan again.

A while ago, I heard from the radio that it’s only 100 days to go before Christmas! I can’t believe how time flies.. Yesterday Ate, Ninin and I went to the mall and we saw lots and lots of Christmas decorations. Aargh, it’s still September I can’t decorate yet.
Here in the Philippines, when Christmas is getting nearer there are lots of parties to attend to. Family reunions or party with friends, parties in offices or in my case, in school. Hay! I need to save money to buy party clothes. Oh, but before buying clothes, I need to save money to buy weight loss pills. Gosh, I’m still big and thinking about parties makes me so anxious! :?? I want to be beautiful in those party dresses that I’m going to buy so I need to lose weight fast, like right now!
