I’m feeling lucky right now and I know that I’ll have a lucky and full of happiness this year. I promise I’ll start my year right and do positive things only. I know, I know, that’s a bit hard to keep but I’m being positive right now that I can do it!

I’m planning to trim down, eat healthy foods, get a good paying job and to live my life to the fullest. I’m not getting any younger so I have to have directions. Right directions that is! Being mature in life is my top priority. I have to deal with challenges and changes in a graceful manner, no more tantrums. Lol Also on top of my priority is getting an insurance. I have to have one because as I’ve said, I’m not getting any younger and I think it will be a smart move to have your own insurance. My sister and I are planning to get one and we had Googled for life insurance rate earlier. Having an insurance is also doing the right thing and it makes life easier.

I’m encouraging my friends to have one, too. It will make a big difference, no more worries and despair. New year, new life and new beginnings!

I’ve been hounding my family for ages to have our house renovated and now, I think there’s a possibility that it will be renovated. Woah, I’m soooo glad.

We will start renovating our kitchen because that’s the one that badly needs a renovation. Now that there’s a light at the end of the tunnel, I’m dying to have it started. Earlier I’ve been googling for stylish faucets and found Delta faucets which are super stylish and elegant. I’m really counting on having our home slowly renovated. At least even if we cannot buy a new house, it will still be a new one because of the renovation.

My friend who now resides in New York will be spending the New Year with her boyfriend. We had a little chitchat last night and she told me about her vacation in North Carolina with Charles.

This will be their first holiday vacation alone because the previous holidays there’s always family around. They’ll be spending their vacation at the beach in North Carolina and her boyfriend had already reserved for outer banks vacation rentals which is pretty awesome. Wow, it’s nice that her boyfriend’s thoughtful and really wanted to spend some quality time with her.

I’m glad that we had this little chitchat and I’m also looking forward to seeing her again real soon!

My Aunt’s house is almost finish and we (family) will going to visit next week. I’m happy that they have a new house! New year, new home, new beginnings!

We recently had a family reunion and my Aunt was telling us about their new home. She’s been telling us about her bigger comfort room which makes me envious because I want to have one, too. I want to have a stylish bathroom where you can really relax while doing your business. My Aunt also told us about her floor tiles which she bought online. She told us that it was delivered last month and now they have a super duper nice tiles!

I’m looking forward to visit their new house and it kinda makes me wanted to work hard to buy a new home for us, too. It would be a really cool present if we will have a new home this 2010!

My grandma is now bedridden. I’m sad when I saw her just lying down and not moving that much. She used to be a vibrant woman. She’s the one who work hard for us to go to school, so, seeing her in such a sad state really broke my heart.

It’s a good thing though that she have this social security disability that helps with the bills. My Aunt who now reside in America is also applying for social security disability because unlike here, she had no one to turn to when she become disabled. I also wrote in my previous entries the importance of having an insurance. We should be more practical and should always think of the future. New year, new life!
