Lately because I’m not eating rice, I always felt tired and sluggish. I’ve been just dieting and not doing any exercise because when I’m at home I just lie down to rest. My sister is telling me to take vitamins or multivitamins to lessen the feeling of tiredness.
I’ve been meaning to do that but I don’t know what kind of vitamins to take. My Aunt recommend multivitamin supplements that will surely help me. I’m glad to know that I could choose the best multivitamins that fits me. I’m looking forward to become energetic so I could also do exercises. Atleast, I will not just lie down after when I came home from work. I will now lose more weight after exercising.
