I promise myself that tomorrow I will exercise. I really need to exercise everyday to stay fit. I will try to do these moves, I hope I can copy because it will surely make me skinny in no time. Goodluck to me!

My friend Rachel is 5 months pregnant and we will surprise her with a baby shower party. Maan is in charge of the food, I’m with the invitations or contacting all her friends. I just Googled for baby showers and i found this cute baby shower party invitations that Rachel will surely love. I’m really excited about this party and I’m sure we will have a blast. Oooh can’t wait for the party!

My sister works at home. She works at night mostly at dawn then she sleeps in the morning, wakes up again before noon time, a little work then afternoon nap and work again. Her cycle is like this and she seldom leaves the house unless she wants to eat out or watch movies. Since she seldom leaves her place, I mean literally (she will just get up if she needs to pee or eat or go to sleep) her weight just ballooned up.

My poor sister, she’s really big and I’m like always inviting her to exercise (I know, I know, I’m lazy, too) but she always makes excuses that she never had enough sleep. She’s always tired, too. I’m really bothered by her weight, okay, by our weight and we really need to do something about it. Exercise not an inviting word but this will help us to become healthy. I just wish that my sister and I will start living a healthy lifestyle, as in tomorrow!

I wrote about Uncle Matt, he’s my friend’s dad who is suffering from Mesothelomia. It’s been super duper sad to hear that he is sick and the saddest part is that you can’t help him at all. I heard from Cara that Uncle Matt is receiving Mesothelioma treatment and that he’s responding well.

I just hope that he really gets better soon. I can’t help it, whenever I heard that somebody is sick, it really makes me sooo sad. I lost my brother to Leukemia and my mom to a rare kidney disease and hearing another person close to you that he’s sick, really, really breaks my heart. I just hope, wish and pray that he’ll survive and I know that he will.

Allan recently bought a new car and he’s been bragging about it. Well, if I have a new car I’d probably brag about it, too. He and my brother loves to talk about cars and now that he had one, his mouth can’t shut talking about it. He also told my brother that he got cheapest car insurance and he’s sooo ecstatic about it! I’m glad that he was able to get his dream car and with cheapest insurance ever, so damn lucky!

Samsung Corby

I’m going to buy a new phone and I’m really excited about it. There’s a great Samsung sale and I’ve been thinking to buy a Corby. I also saw LG’s Chocolate edition and it’s really cool! My sister’s friend also recommend Nokia Xpress Music and now, I really don’t know what to buy. Suggestions, anyone?

My Aunts lavish house is almost finish. This is the one that I’m writing here about. Their daughter’s room, she have her own bathtub and their kitchen is really awesome. Oh I also forgot to mention that they have their own spa! How amazing is that? I just learned last week about their spa when my Aunt is asking me if I know where to buy spa filters and I’m like what??? They have their own spa at their home and I just die of envy! Honestly I can’t wait to see their new home and use all the new equipments or gadgets that they have. I’m her niece so I’m entitled to that! LOL

I have a sore throat and colds. This is really irritating! My throat is super itchy, I want to cough out loud every minute to ease the itchiness but it just makes it worst. I also have a runny nose and I had difficulty breathing because of this. I had a sore throat and colds because I kept on drinking icy cold water. I can’t stand the heat so I have to drink an icy cold one. I also love eating halo-halo which makes the matters worst. Hay! I wish I could just shoo this away.

This week is the graduation day of my students, in the SPED department we called it “Moving Up”. I’m looking for something to give to my students and my friend recommend these promotional products to look at as gifts to my students. I like some of them because they are affordable and can be use by my students. I’m happy that my friend told me about this stuffs. I think I’ll order for myself also because the products are really cute and cool!

I’m so excited for tomorrow because my sister and I are finally going to the gym! Woohoo! I can’t wait to step on the treadmill and use other exercise equipments. I promise my self that I’ll go to the gym 5x a week. I’ll go during weekdays then I’ll just rest on weekends.

I really hope I’ll get skinny and that I could wear beautiful dresses. I’m super duper excited to burn fats and be the sexiest babe in town! Wish me luck!

To all the graduates of 2010…

My friend Maan is having difficulty sleeping. She’s always sleepy during daytime but at night she really had difficulty sleeping. Her cousin recommend sleeping pills for her to try. Her cousin told her that before she was having the same problem as her and even if she drink milk, she still can’t sleep. She even tried counting sheeps, (no kidding) but that didn’t work, too. Her cousin tried to take sleeping pills and this really helps her to have a good sleep. Maan will try taking it because her being insomiac is making her less productive and sluggish. She just really hope that this will work.

My cousin is super conscious about his hair loss. He’s getting bald and he hates it sooo much. He is always wearing a cap to hide the baldness and that hair issue really affects his confidence. My cousin just told us about his friend who had the same problem and he had medications for hair regrow. His friend recommend hair loss prevention and my cousin will definitely try it soon. I just hope that this will bring back his hair and to see him confident again.

The other day my bestfriend and I were talking about make-up and other beauty products. Eversince I saw the make-up tutorial from youtube, I really want to shop for make-up and try it on. My BFF is also looking for hair products because she’s having hair fall.

We will go beauty shopping tomorrow and I can’t wait to buy those pink blushes that I saw and different colors of eye shadow. I’m also going to buy something for my skin. Oooh, can’t wait to go shopping!

My Uncle, who’s already in his early forties, is a health and gym buff. He looks a lot younger than his age and his body is really in awesome shape. He is an inspiration to my brother and most of my guy cousins. My brother found out that aside from working out he also take the best muscle supplements that’s why he had an awesome body.

I’m really not into muscle mania but it’s really nice to see guys who takes care of themselves even if they’re old. It’s nice to see my uncle looking so macho!

My sister and I went to the gym yesterday to inquire about the payments and about the gym facilities. The one that we went to is not bad. They already have new gym equipments and although the gym is a bit crampy, you will still want to exercise. And also we get a good deal, our payment is less than 25%!

This is it! We really have to lose weight because we always experience back pains and it feels like you are always short of breath. Another thing is that we will travel soon and it’s sooo difficult to walk if we are still fat. We will go to the gym and will start a healthy life. I can’t wait to see myself skinny!

I’ve been dying to loss weight but my motivation is not enough. I love watching how an obese person lose so much weight and now he or she can wear anything that she wants. It’s also nice to see how pretty they become after losing so much weight.

I really need to see those things for inspiration. Losing weight is not an easy task and it is not fun at all. My friend told me about weight loss success stories and these will definitely help me lose weight. I’ll check it out later. I really, really want to become skinny. I really hope I will tell my success stories soon.
