Our trainer weigh us (my sister and me) earlier and i just lost 2 pounds. Not bad because I just hit the gym for 3 days last week but I’m still a bit frustrated. I was hoping I had lost at least 5lbs. but it’s just 2lbs.
I just hope that I’ll lose more than 5lbs. next Tuesday. I’ve been restricting myself from eating fatty or sweet foods. I also hope that I could stick with my Quaker Oats diet. Hay, it’s so hard to lose weight. I really wish I’ll lose a lot of pounds fast because if not, I might be frustrated again then eat like a bear. Please, please, let me be a skinny girl soon!
