My cousin Martha is overweight. She’s been exercising regularly and started dieting. Lately, she is always feeling tired and sluggish. I told her to take vitamins to help her body. She wants to be skinny like her sisters and because of that she is lessening her food intake. Sometimes she is only eating fruits. I told her that she still needs some carbs and protein to make her energetic. Lessening your food intake will not guarantee you to lose weight fast.

Tara is losing weight fast. She is looking good and healthy because she goes to the gym regularly. A friend also recommends a diet pill. Tara had read about lipovox side effects and now she knows that it is safe to use. In a few weeks she will reach her target weight. Tara wanted to have a beautiful body for so long and now she’s ecstatic that everyone seems to notice how good her body looks.

My cousin is blabbering when he called and I don’t understand what he is talking about. He mentioned about working, training, something like that. he also mentioned about energy auditing and I’m clueless. After explaining, I get the gist of it. He’s so happy that he found a new job. With the auditing and all, I just don’t get it. That’s it! LOL!

My friend Laura had renovated her house. She really wanted to have a library and a beautiful garden. Now she have an amazing library and the most beautiful garden that I have ever seen. Laura also have a lovely fish pond. She have this pond light that makes her pond attractive.

I’m really happy for her newly renovated house. If I have my own house I’ll have a library, too. Oh, and the pond, I so love it!

I’m a bookworm. As in I can live in a library or bookstore. I’m happy when I’m surrounded by books. And I’m happy right now because my sister had ordered from Amazon books several book collections that I’m dying to read. I can read a book the whole day and if I have a choice, I will live like that. Reading books, eating, reading again then sleep. That’s the life that I want! Oh it will be a blast!

Here in the Philippines, school starts in June unlike in other schools wherein they start around September. Now that classes begins in a few weeks my head is spinning with preparation. I need to prepare lessons for my students and to develope a new behavioral techniques. It’s a good thing that we have a new faculty room and that the school provides us with the things that we need for visual aides. I’m happy to see that our faculty also have new office furniture and that we also have a new computer. Everything’s new! It feels like its a beginning of a new life.

My sister is planning to dispose our TV and buy a new one. She wanted to buy a plasma and well I’m excited to watch on a plasma TV. She will also buy a tv stands because the old one wont work for the new TV anymore. We will go to the mall tomorrow and to buy those stuff. I’m planning to buy DVD’s tomorrow, too. Oooh, can’t wait to have a new television.

Earlier our adopted sister and I went to my old school. I enrolled Ninin there as an incoming nursery and being there again wherein I took my elementary and high school, it brings back a lot of memories. I miss my teachers and classmates. I’m happy that Ninin, our adopted sister will go to the school where we spent almost half of our lives. Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School is the name of my old school and believe it or not now that I’m 28, I still know our Alma Mater song.

I’m so excited for Ninin. I hope she enjoys her school days as much as we did before.

My dad is an avid fan of cigarettes. I really don’t get it. I hate the smell of it but, well, my dad apparently smell it as perfume. My cousin gave him a perdomo cigars and I’m telling you, my dad is in cloud nine after receiving that. The box looks nice and it looks like an expensive chocolate box. The cigars looks great, too. Whatever expensive look it has, still it doesn’t lure me to try one. Smoking is not for me

Due to being overweight, I always experience body aches. From time to time I have back pains and joint pain which is difficult to deal with. I know I have to lose weight for me not to experience body aches anymore. I have to diet and eat healthy foods. I heard that there are some supplements to have a healthy body so I might as well try that.

Today is a beautiful day! My sister woke me up to tell me if I could do 50 reviews, still groggy, I just nod my head and said yes. Then she woke me up again and told me that she’ll add 50 to make it a hundred. Just nod my head again and said yes. My sister is now in my dreams and I kept thinking that awhile ago she was saying something to me and all I can remember is Chris Daughtry! Lol! Then my sister woke me up again for the nth time (yup, she have this habit of pestering me while I sleep) just to tell me that her friend suffered from Bell’s Palsy. Fighting over grogginess, I asked her what happened and if I’m just dreaming about the reviews. She laughed and told me that she knew I didn’t understand her earlier. The reviews for real and then she told me about her friend.

I”m like in a bliss then sad then happy again. We talked a bit longer than it should be. I was wide awake (while she doze off) and kept thanking God for all the blessings for this day! I don’t mind that my sister’s keep on bugging me while I sleep as long as it’s a good news and blessings!

My sisters and I are thinking of buying a condo unit. We have been talking to some real estate agent and we’ve seen some units that we like. I love condominiums. Just thinking of living in a beautiful building really gives me a thrill!

One of the model unit that we visited is a huge one. I like spacious condos not the crampy ones. The one that I like is big enough for us and really homey. The bedrooms are super-duper nice and the bathroom has a pretty mosaic tile, it’s lovely! I just wish we could afford it.

I so like my Bff’s wedding motif. I have a fair skin so wearing purple is not a problem to me. My biggest dilemma ever is my weight and how to lose it fast. My friend Sara recently got married and she told me that she experienced the same problem before. Her cousin gave her a Lipovox and it make her shed those unwanted pounds. Well she love the results and it made her a gorgeous bride.

If I’m in the point of depression and super frustrated, I’ll think I’ll have those diet pills to help me lose these pounds fast. I just really want to be pretty in that purple gown.

I’ve been researching for a cute gown for days and I’ve fell in love with some of the gowns that I saw. My BFF’s wedding motif is purple and fuchsia pink. Here is one of the design that I really like. I’ll just change the color black to purple and I will make the belt fuchsia pink. I just hope and pray that it works and that I’ll be as skinny as this girl by December. Wish me luck!

Oh my! My bestfriend just sent me a message telling me that the she’s been thinking of having our gowns fitted this August. So August it is! My, my, my, I was kinda panicky while reading her message. Why? Well, I don’t know if I’m confident enough to wear a gown or to fit one. I’m still big eventhough I’ve been exercising and a bit dieting. Hmph! It’s really frustrating to see my body. I think I really need the best weight loss diet to make me skinny. I want to look good and feel good on my gown. I really need help.

Two of my friends are pregnant. They both look pretty and happy although they suffer from morning sickness and other stressful stuffs that soon to be moms experience. My two friends are even more stressed due to the weather. It’s been sooo hot this past few days and really it’s been terrible!

The good thing is that they have their family for all their needs and they have the best prenatal multivitamin for their babies. Oooh I just can’t wait to see their babies. I’m sure they will be as cute as their moms.

Ninin is such a smart kid. She loves to read, she’s very active in school and she is totally adorable. She always want to talk. Everything and anything under the sun. She’ll talk about the TV shows that she’d watched, the books that she read, she’ll talk about anything.

One time, while my sister is doing her blog. Ninin curiously read what she’s writing about. Then she went to me and asked me “Did you know that you can buy human growth hormone in the internet? Lol! I was really surprised by her question. I didn’t even know that you could buy one online. Lol! She explains how and I told her that she should read children’s book instead. Seriously! I told you, she’s a smart one and very curious. By the way, she’s only 4 years old. How adorable!

Enough of bad news and let me tell you my friend’s husband’s toilet dilemma. My friend had married an American and for a while they stayed here in the Philippines. The guy is extremely nice and he love my friend so much. They were married at a small church and evryone’s happy for the two lovebirds.

My friend recently told me the funny story about her husband’s stay in our country. He doesn’t have a decent toilet break at his entire stay because of his large frame. When he poops he suffers from squatting because he’s afraid that he might broke the toilet. Hello, we’re Asians! What do you expect? Her husband will just use the bathroom if he really needed to. Later on, he cannot bear it anymore and had ordered for American Standard toilets so he could have a peace of mind. Lol! Now, I bet he always have a decent toilet breaks because he’s in his own country. They’re now happily living in North Carolina.
