My friend and I will travel to Hong Kong next month just to unwind. My friend told me that she will bring her travel reward card. We are both excited about the trip because it would be the first time for us to travel together. When I went to New York last Summer, she wasn’t available to accompany me. Now, I’m so glad that she’s free from her hectic sched. Oh, I can’t wait for our travel day to come and of course, I really can’t wait to shop!!!

Bayantel drives me crazy!!! All I get from Bayantel are POOR DSL CONNECTION and POOR SERVICE FROM THEIR STUPID PEOPLE!!! I’m so mad right now because I repeatedly reported this poor connection and those stupid people didn’t do anything about it! I’m one of the good payers but they didn’t give a damn about it!

Imagine I have a poor DSL connection a day before the typhoon Basyang wreck havoc here in Manila and until now, no changes at all! Most of the time when you call their customer service number, you have to wait for so long before somebody would answer and or somebody would pick the phone then just hung up. Great service, isn’t it?! Again for the nth time BAYANTEL SUCKS!!!

Another thing that I need to lose weight is to diet or eat less. I always eat a lot and It’s really a struggle for me to embark on a diet. I need to suppress my appetite and my friend had recommended suppress appetite for that. I really need to shed these excess pounds and it’s time that I do something about it. I’m just glad that my friends are helping me with my goal. Some of them had invited me to the gym and some are giving me advices to help me lose weight.

My bestfriend called and she told me that the fitting of the gown will be due at the end of August. That really gives me a scare! I hate it because I’m still fat and I know that I’m not going to look good on the gown. Hay, I really wish that I’m size zero right now. Well, what I really need is a fat burner to help me lose weight fast. Another thing that I need is to get serious in losing weight. It’s been so long that I’m trying to lose weight then I’ll eat like I’ve never eaten before. It’s really time to get serious about it.

I saw my high school friend earlier at the mall. We talked for a bit then we go said goodbyes and promised each other to keep in touch. Joanna, my friend, used to be the prettiest girl but when I saw her she’s full of pimples. Her skin is horrible! She has acne all over her face.

After she left, my sister had asked me about her. We cannot believe that she look like that. My sister told me that my friend needs best acne treatment so she will be beautiful again. I agree with her because when I see my friend, you can no longer see the pretty face but just the ugly skin.

I’m going to buy a new cellphone for my sister tomorrow. It’s her birthday on the 3rd of August and I want her to be happy. My sister is the nicest person I’ve known. Okay, she has flaws but still she’s the best sister in the whole world. She’s the generous person who always prioritize her family. I love her and I always want her to be happy. She would certainly love a new cellphone on her birthday!

Today my sister, Ninin and I went to the mall today. Well we always go to the mall and in fact we go in a minimum of ten visits per month. We are definitely a mall rat.

Whenever we visit the mall we would eat first then shop for our clothes. We always do that routine. My friend had told me that she’s envy because I could always go to the mall whenever I like. She, however can only shop online. She told me that she recently bought urban clothing at the web because her busy schedule wouldn’t permit her to go to the mall. I told her that I’m just fortunate that I don’t have busy schedule so I can go anytime that I want. I love malls! Aside from our home, mall is the happiest place for me.

After watching my cousin in her riding school, my aunt had invited me to their house. The first thing that I had noticed when I went there was their patio. It was renovated and the outdoor furniture is so gorgeous! I told my aunt how nice their patio looks and she’s glad that I like it. My aunt had prepared a delicious lunch and we had chatted for hours. It’s nice to have some time for your relatives.

My cousin likes to ride horses. She is a horse lover and wants to be an Equestrian someday. My aunt is doing everything for that dream. My cousin was enrolled in a riding school and she excels in doing some moves. About a few months ago, I saw her doing her training routines and I’m proud that she can execute the moves smoothly. I even saw her new equestrian clothing that my aunt had ordered online. I’m proud that she’s good at what she is doing and I’m happy that she’s focus on achieving her dream.

I need to lose weight fast because time is running out and by December, I will be my BFF’s Maid of Honor. I had nightmares about the wedding, I saw myself looking hideous wearing a maroon gown. I’m scared that I will really look like that on the wedding day.

Now, I’m looking for weight loss products to help me lose weight. I cannot go on and not do something about it. I really need to focus on my goal even if it is so hard. Losing weight is so difficult for me. Why am I not thin like other girls?

My friend Greta had treated Maan and me earlier. We ate at KFC and then had chatted for hours. I am happy that I saw Greta again. She transferred to another school to teach and it’s been a while since the last time I saw her.

While eating, somebody had called me and I saw my high school friend who recently got married. He got bigger and he looks like a dad now. I got self-conscious when I saw him because he used to be my crush. I’m a bit shy when I saw him because I’m bigger than him. Hay I really need to lose weight. Anyway, going back to Greta, she looks fabulous and skinny. She’s still the same funny girl. I’m really happy that we bonded together.

My sister had told me that one of her coworker was diagnosed with Colon Cancer. It’s a sad news and she told me that all of them were shocked when they heard about it. Now, their office is into detoxifying their body. One of them is looking for best colon cleansing because of what happened to their coworker.

I told her to try fruit diets for at least three days to cleanse her colon. Staying away from pork can help, too. I also told her to drink lots of water and avoid sodas. My sister told me that what happened to her coworker is a wake up call for all of them. It made them realize how we really need to take good care of our body.

My cousin is into grilled foods. He loves eating grilled foods so much that made his mom bought an electric grill so they could grill foods indoor. Now he could grilled pork or vegetables when it’s raining because he doesn’t need to go outside anymore. Before my cousin loved fried foods but he got sick and the doctors had told him to lessen his food intake. He told him to avoid fried foods. He loves to eat but he doesn’t like steamed and bland foods that’s why he turned to grilling.

My colleague and I were eating at the school canteen yesterday when Ken approached us. Ken is the Resource teacher in high school. He joined us and then he started to tell us that he is selling products that is good for the body. He is part of a networking wherein they sell products for everyday living.

He told us that the food we eat is high in cholesterol and that he knows what to drink to lower the cholesterol in our body. When we just nodded our heads and smiled at him, he went very persuasive and he began to add the other products that he is selling. He started to demonstrate and my friend Maan is teasing him about it. Ken is a good sport and he just laughed at Maan’s jokes. Now he is known as “Ken the Sales agent”.

Phil is looking for ipods for his mom and wife. Both of them have the same birthday and it’s on the 28th of this month.

Both his wife and mom loves to listen to music that’s why he is thinking of buying them iPods. Phil is sure that they will love his gift. Phil will buy a yellow iPod for his mom and a green one for his wife. He is excited to see their face.

My friend’s grandma is a very active lady. She loves to travel and play with her grandchildren. I met her before and I’m amaze at lively and how cheerful she is.

My friend had told me that she is sick and that she’s using evergo oxygen concentrator. It is a portable oxygen that helps a sick person to live comfortably. It’s also great for traveling. My friend’s family are happy that their grandma can still do her daily activities.

Today is Ervin’s 17th birthday. Ervin is one of my special student. He is mentally retarded with learning disability. He is a mainstreamed 6th grade student. A very cheerful boy, who loves to play with his classmates and in turn, his classmates are fond of him. Earlier he was so happy and he proudly tell his classmates that he’s already 17. Most of his classmates are 12 years old only and some of them were shock to hear that he is much older than them.

Today he had bought dozens of doughnuts and cakes for his teachers and classmates. He excitedly distribute his food to his classmates and he proudly told them that it’s his birthday today. I love all my students but I’m particularly fond of Ervin.

My sister is looking for custom water bottles as giveaways of the company that she’s working for. Her boss had wanted a personalize water bottles because water bottles are now use everyday. The company logo and name will be printed on it and it is a good advertising.

My sister had searched the web and she found some that would make her boss happy. I told her to give me one customize bottle water from her company and she said yes.
